Product Introduction:
In response to market demands, M.Y. Timber has devotedly launched the Fine Surface Decorative Oriented Strand Board (F-OSB), a base material aimed at the high-end decorative panel market. It has obtained the American CARB and EPA Formaldehyde-Free Exemption Certificates. The F-OSB, with its flexible surface made of pine wood particles, is perfectly suitable for various surface processes such as melamine paper, synchronous patterning, PET, surface coating, and UV finishing. Additionally, due to the base material's（directional paving）and symmetrical structure, it possesses strong internal bonding strength and stability, performing exceptionally well in popular surface processes such as veneer pressing and 3D deep graining.

All made from New Zealand radiata pine with large diameter, clean and gorgeous in color. Lightweight yet high in strength, with strong nail holding power.
02 Five-Layer Structure, High Stability:
Five layers of Directional paving（directional paving）with each strand having a certain directionality. Stable structure, excellent bending resistance.
03 No Added Formaldehyde, Healthy and Eco-Friendly:
Using MDI adhesive, the formaldehyde release amount of the board reaches Enf level, and there are no carcinogens, making it particularly friendly to children, pregnant women, and the elderly.
04 Moderate Strand Size, Less Prone to Deformation:
Excellent strand morphology, making the board less prone to deformation. Whether for cabinet bodies or doors, as well as integrated door and wall cabinets, it is the best choice.

Advanced paving line ensures uniform paving density, and after high-precision sanding, the board surface is very smooth.
